As one of only few and the only foreign companies to be involved in the city of Varna  modernisation, regeneration and urban development program.
The city makes available free of charge the plots that means that a very low capital expenditure good yields are available.

With about 2million € of company capital a profit of about 8milion € can be achieved with 30% of the construction surface at the end of the project being transferred to the city free of charge.
